Meet the team

Owner and Senior Manager
Josh McNamara
Josh first became a disability support assistant when he was 19 years old and immediately knew that he had found what he wanted to pursue. After four years at agencies, he knew there was a need for more individualised support. This was when he created MCAS.

Josh wanted the priority to be providing people living with a disability the most independent, positive and fun life whilst catering to their needs and interests. Josh takes great pride in this and looks forward to continuing this journey with all the wonderful people whom MCAS support.

Operations Manager/Team leader
Rosalie Foster
Rosalie started at MCAS as a disability support assistant. She had some family members with disabilities and knew some of the struggles they faced. Rosalie wanted to help make a difference to the lives of those touched by disability to offer support, celebrate individuality and foster independence. This motivated Rosalie to enter a disability support role.

When Rosalie started at MCAS she knew this is where she belonged. She moved into the role of operations manager and team leader a short time later whilst continuing her disability support assistant role and hasn't looked back since.

Human Resources Officer/Team Leader
Jade Tailby
Jade started with MCAS as a support assistant wanting to share her compassion and empathy to help others.
She has found so much joy out of entering the disability support industry, marveling at the growth of people whom she supports and watching them achieve their goals has been very rewarding for Jade. She has had so much fun getting to know the people she supports & the team at MCAS.
After being with MCAS for 18 months Jade moved into the role of HR officer and team leader to work more closely with the fabulous staff and those whom she supports and to continue to build a safe, fun and positive workplace for all to thrive.
